Rolland set to reach half century of HC games
Alain Rolland is set to become only the second referee to take charge of 50 Heineken Cup matches when he controls the Round 2 match between Harlequins and Toulouse at the Twickenham Stoop on Saturday, 17 October.

The former Ireland and Leinster scrum half will join fellow Irish referee Alan Lewis as a half centurion, Lewis taking his tournament record tally to 61 when he is in the middle for the clash between Biarritz Olympique and Gloucester Rugby the same day.

ERC, the tournament organisers, today released the referee appointments for the first two Rounds of the 15th season of the Heineken Cup, Welshman James Jones getting the action underway with Ulster Rugby against Bath Rugby the first of the 78 matches en route to the showpiece final at Stade de France on Saturday, 22 May, 2010.
